I don’t mind some snow, especially around Christmas or New Year’s. I like the change of seasons. But I usually wish winter was a little shorter than it is.

They have to gavel in, there’s no refusing that. They can 1) gavel in and gavel right back out Sine Die (legal term meaning session is ended). 2) Go through exact same procedure as House and have a final 3rd reading vote.
