Oh god...I did the checkpoint. They got me with their "avatar decoration" incentive, and I didn't know what the "checkpoint" was. I checked my Data & Privacy settings and sure enough, these were enabled by default.
Guys, do not use the Discord Checkpoint thing (Discord's attempt at Spotify Wrapped).
It requires enabling them access to scrape your data, and has an alarming amount of private data being used for it.
Make sure you have these disabled.
