I wish Keith the best but I think he faces an uphill battle. I think this going to be an exciting mayoral race though with some rowdy debates.

A frustrating pause to another mid-rise development. It's so aggravating for these developers to put forward these ambitious plans and then just... fizzle.
Like we have so many empty properties in the downtown #PTBO area, somebody just build something already. You WILL make money off of it.

This was the response from Lansdowne Place in #Ptbo after talking with two scared seniors who were scammed out of their money by the Bitcoin machine.
Unacceptable. People are being taken advantage of and the mall is profiting from it.

Was pleased to see so many familiar faces at the memorial inauguration for those who died from occupational illness in #PTBO today.
It's a legacy our city continues to live with and has never fully reconciled.

If you enjoy anything vaguely spooky related (horror movies, spooky witch stuff) you should check out the Fear Mall event in #PTBO. Always get a TON of new horror movies for the year from it!

Whoaa the downtown #PTBO Nordia building is for sale. That's BIG. It's a huge building and a sign of the times for how remote work changed call centres.

Maybe stay off the roads. Somehow weather like this seems to attract the worst drivers. I've seen/heard so many emergency vehicles in the last 24 hours. Stay safe out there. #PTBO

City of #PTBO, as a former downtown beat reporter, I can safely say nothing has prevented the downtown from flourishing and killed more events than the city's liability insurance requirements.
Genuinely, if these requirements would loosen and not tighten, downtown would be SO much better.
