I didn't even know it came in such a low dose. I used to take this one. Fortunately since getting my CPAP that has changed and these days once I put my mask on, I'm usually out before the 10 minute sleep timer on my audiobook is done.

Grocery store parking lot photos are some of the best. This is one of my favorite "oh that looks cool, let me get a quick pic" photos I've taken in the Target parking lot.

enjoy the process but as a recognition of the fact that I don't NEED to do these things, I live a secure enough life that I can keep my hands soft and smooth enough to spin silk to stitch and knit with.

These are some of the lighting options I have. I've used the desk ones over smaller batches of microgreens and they do great for that. The strips might do the job for the orchids.

I just got gifted my first orchid (Ironic for someone who grew up in Thailand, land of the orchid, to not have one till I turned 49), and I am already stressing about how to take care of it.

Reminds me of a tiny white speck I spotted in the pic I took of my view from a restaurant in Half Moon Bay. Lots of zooming and several shakey pics later I figured out what it was.

I was already traumatized having to see that picture once above my post. Did you really have to do this to me again? Granted, it may be the push I need to stick to my weight loss plan this week. Appetite GONE

I'm 5'2". At my heaviest I weighed 220ish. I STILL wasnt that big around. I don't have many pics from then but this was at about 200 lbs. A whole foot shorter than him and just 20 lbs lighter. You'll never convince me that tub of lard is in the 220s.

I'm trying to sew a bag I saw a while back without using a pattern. So far there's some sketches, a taped together paper 3D model, and some scraps sewn together. I think this is what "vague concepts of a plan" actually ought to mean.

Here a current prices of basic eggs in walmart in Central California. For comparison, they were 2.49 a dozen the Sunday before the election. I made a point of taking note of that price then.
