On my third attempt, I finally got the elderly couple to buy a #HouseFlipper property.
Trying to figure out their likes and dislikes, as well as up the property value, is the kind of mechanical depth I really hope they'll add to the hotel stuff in next year's Animal Crossing update.

Onto two less-successful experiments. That warped monstrosity was an attempt at a T-shirt with a lenticular panel on the front, showing different Warriors depending on the angle you viewed it from. It's, er, it's not well.

Next, a trifecta of T-shirts, each increasingly wrinkled. The polo shirt is interesting because it was made in an area where Kameo was still destined for the original Xbox.

First off, we have the launch day Xbox 360s we were given, complete with a customised badge on the hard drive. (I was watching a lot of Stand Alone Complex at the time...)

Forcibly tearing myself away from House Flipper for now but I find it very interesting that the camping bungalow I deliberately designed for an elderly couple got picked up by a young single guy and earned me a "man-cave" achievement. 🤔

Early days in my starter... shack... but I'm already impressed by the customisation options. Especially now I've learned how to sell things and no longer have to hop over two beds to reach my laptop. 🙃 #HouseFlipper

I was genuinely a bit bummed about not getting this where I wanted it, and so - for better or worse - I used a bit of time to finish up what I'd originally imagined, with more shading and whatnot.
