Those who earn over £33,000...taxed a little extra...the price of a coffee(4 quid), or £9.90 for every prescription item. I know which one I'd rather pay for.
On a visit to my pharmacy, I picked up 3 different medications, free at the point of need thanks to our taxation system in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Medications in 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 are currently £9.90 per item.

Labour's last PFI schemes under Blair and Brown were a disaster we're still paying for. Now Starmer and Sarwar seriously suggest we'd be better off if they got their hands on Scotland's NHS?

Thankfully 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗡𝗣 has stopped them... so far.
Just a tiny snapshot of the countless articles exposing how disastrous PFI was…It was universally recognised as a failure. 🚫💸

So why — WHY — is a similar scheme being opened up again just 7 years later?!

We want answers from our politicians. Now.

As usual, the loonie Yoonies can't understand that the Barnet formula is not designed to give Scotland money but to apportion part of the income generated by Scotland back while Westminster retains 91.8% of said income

Apparently Scotland are only getting this money because Anas Sarwar asked her for it Would it not have happened if he hadn't?

And why all the jeering & pointing at the SNP, are they supposed to be grateful to her for giving us some of our own money back?

Meanwhile supposedly LW middle class Guardian goes with "everyone has been asked to make a contribution" except the Billionaire Oligarch class contribution will be a far lower % contribution than the rest of us & as a consequence the Billionaire Oligarch class will own an even higher % of Ukplc.

Whatever happened to the Labour values of being a party for the plebs rather than the Billionaire Oligarch class, maybe someone will ask the Billionaire Oligarch sponsored Keir Starmer & his Billionaire Oligarch sponsored front bench. The original Keir wouldn't be a fan I suspect.

Pure colonist attitude. If a London based Government treats Scotland like we are a colony, then we have, in effect, become one in the modern era. The Union is now not equal. This should annul that original agreement.

Done because the Scottish government has been lauded internationally for their efforts. Scottish election in 2026 and Labour are absolutely bricking it, hence her special shout out to wee Anas in a vain attempt to make him sound relevant.
It can be undone as quickly. Mr Speaker I have listened to..
