By heck didn't know that. You are in my prayers. Appreciate the pain may get overwhelming this yr. I appreciate it's hard to believe but it does ease. Lost my parents in 2010. My sense of a loss remains but a can now focus on happy memories

Christmas can be a tough time when you have lost a parent especially the first Christmas. You prob doesn't believe this yet but the acute pain does ease. My parents died in 2010. The sense of loss never goes but it becomes easier to remember happy memories

Thinking of you. The first Christmas without both your parents is shite. You won't believe it but the acute pain does ease. The sense of loss never goes but it becomes easier to focus on the happy memories.

Thinking of you. I know how hard it is to lose your mum and dad within a few months. I know how raw the grief will be especially this year. You won't believe this now but it does get easy. The hole in your life won't get filled but it does become possible to focus more on happy memories

It's extremely apt. I've always been interested in current affairs (political, environmental, social and economic developments) and so looking at what going on across Scotland, the rest of the UK, Europe and beyond to pick up relevant senior mgt as a core part of my job is great

It's a long time since I left research but I remain interested in human and animal nutrition.

A senior colleague got a job at Lincoln university. I made sure she knew about the freight trains that cut the city in two whenever they go through and the level crossing gates go down for AGES
