New extortion scam email going round (this was received via a writer's website contact form). I've seen a number of these recently but without the money demand; the translation angle is also a new one

Alright, the quallity level of IKEA furniture has taken a huge nose dive. Have another bookshelf to build but frankly, not sure if it's even worth putting together. The one I built is literally half-bowed because the parts aren't fitting properly.

There is a gi gremlin in my house, along with the sock gremlin. The sock gremlin at least leaves half a sock behind sometimes, but the judo gremlin has not only stolen both pair of pants, but now my actual gi top.

Had a good day, went out and bought way too many snacks from an Asian grocery store. Including durian ice cream which was much more reasonably priced than actual durians...
