the problem is the people mentioned two posts up this thread are so afraid of learning to live life properly that they'd rather kill other people in order to avoid it. they're scared of everything. the world, other people, the consequences of their own actions, ANYTHING that is not their lifestyle.

the technology itself is VERY impressive, but it wasn't developed by too many of those people. it was developed by smarter people who were taken advantage of in any of a litany of ways, whether coercion, trickery, or cold hard cash
the tech would EVENTUALLY lend itself well to a post-scarcity world

the thing that makes lots of current applications for AI as immoral as they are is that most implementations ignore quality, and ALMOST ALL OF THEM ignore their own effects on the world around them. people are being driven to death by loss of income, loss of environment, and sometimes AN LLM's WORDS

On that note, if you have an AMD Graphics Card, please be aware that depending on which driver version you have installed at any given moment, KilaFlow may break in a way that could cause seizure. I don't know how to reduce this in *any way* but will try to do what i can in the full release
