if anyone, specially sfw artists, is going through this, I can show the emails I've sent and how I identified the flagged payment as they don't notify you but it's usually a large invoice payment where you can't read the invoice details due to it being flagged as scam

they reviewed my appeal and got the account back to normal!
I think that finding the flagged payment helped me a lot because I had enough proof of that commission being delivered and positively received, I'll be coming back to vgen as it's great for my adhd but my lavatop will still be up
