How do people just become... okay with the idea that they're finite? That they just blip in and out of existence? I've been improving my mental state slowly but I still feel very much stuck in place asking and thinking of the same thoughts over and over and getting anxious over them. Its been rough.

I've been trying to art despite the sadness and stuff, but this is the best I could muster up after a month or so of non-creative activity and loss of motivation.
