A bit of chaitable fun for the upcoming festive season... I have bought this old banger of a C64 from the British Heart Foundation. I don't need it, but it needed more bids!
My plan is to fix it up and resell it, then donate the proceeds back to the BFH, on top of what I just paid. Let's do it! 😀

VERY INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING
The Terminator on Mega CD. Great game, best version of the game. HOWEVER the platforming bits on the last couple of levels are incredibly frustrating.

Have to say... I support this. You should need a license for fireworks, and they shouldn't be for sale in normal stores.
We saw kids fire off large rockets right beside a Multi and they shot up and exploded beside the top windows - just meters away.

Ban the sale of fireworks to the general public to minimise the harm caused to vulnerable people and animals. Defenceless animals can die from the distress caused by fireworks.

Yeah I was wrong. The new Naked Gun was actually pretty good, not as good as the original films though.

Just been playing some more Alan Wake 2 and I have a couple of things to say. Firstly Christina Cole does an outstanding job portraying Alice Wake. Secondly the "We Sing" chapter is one of the best moments in video games ever, never fails to make me smile.

Sooooo is it bad that the games I'm most interested in from the Nintendo Direct are mostly remakes and remasters. Metroid Prime 4 looks amazing though and it's great to see Resi 7, 8 and 9 are being released on Switch 2. Though I can and will be playing Resi 9 on my PS5.
