Our practitioners are trained art therapists or artists who use the Talitha Approach to run workshops. These workshops are a mixture of breathwork, movement and the expressive arts.

Our work with young refugees and migrants gives a small pause in chaotic lives. Our practitioners ensure that each workshop is unique and tailored to the people there that day. That's the Talitha magic!

Our trustees do unusual things for us, like climb a mast wearing a promotional tshirt! But mainly they help us running the charity and being our critical friend so we can support people and improve their wellbeing. Thank you to all our Trustees, we couldn't do it without you!

Our therapeutic arts workshops help people with dementia express themselves creatively and in an individual way. We love seeing what comes out of our workshops and we never fail to be surprised at the innate power of creativity we all possess!
