Our practitioners are trained art therapists or artists who use the Talitha Approach to run workshops. These workshops are a mixture of breathwork, movement and the expressive arts.

Our work with young refugees and migrants gives a small pause in chaotic lives. Our practitioners ensure that each workshop is unique and tailored to the people there that day. That's the Talitha magic!
