Still find it weird that there are people who INSIST that racism has to exist in fantasy/sci-fi settings, because one of all the many, many species on earth has a lot of racists in it.

In other news, @nexusbluederg.bsky.social and I celebrated our Anniversary together by going into town and eating a whole lot of very nice food, including a new Korean restaurant we've been wanting to try for a while! Food was excellent (and plentiful) and we'll definitely be going back sometime. :>

BTW I know I’m already the minority in gaming, because I’m so fucking fed up how all my favourite CRPGs have endless requests for their developers from Gen (Under 30)s to add voice lines because people can’t fucking read anymore. Like fucking hell, has anyone under the age of 30 even SEEN a book?

I already had no interest in the absolutely dog shit-sounding Arc Raiders game, but it also uses AI for the in-game voicelines? Damn, well done I guess for somehow making it even less likely that I’ll ever play a video game.
