I grew up in a pretty conservative area in a blue state, so I got the double wombo combo of getting taught a halfway decent sex ed in school while getting the abstinence talk at church (which I only went to to pick up girls, funnily enough)

If I could posit a guess, I'd say that the program would be set to count up to a number of votes for Harris, then dump the rest, like filling a cup with a constant flow of water, eventually the cup will be full and will not hold more, though the waters still flowing. Just a guess though. No idea.

I wish they were nicer to the tanks. That's vintage equipment and it's still quieter than the Russian examples...I'm sad they got used in this embarrassment, honestly.
