Fr though I should get better at commenting. Im better than I used to be (never commenting) but I still get that voice in my head that a comment needs to mean something or I'm just being spam. Which never made sense cus Ive never seen comments I get as spam, so why would that go the other way around

Last studio I was at, somebody talked about how they'd always get responses from someone and then eventually the studio got sent drawings in the mail?? That person was only ever polite though, so they get a pass and we kept them ❤️

It's always one or two bad apples.. Cus twitter also gave me the most joyful experience of people saying "I just started animation at uni and your work inspired me. Can I ask about this, this, this-" and it's great! I never close dm's, sometimes I just make a mistake filtering them.

Me during work (restaurant at the time) and get all mad when I didn't respond when I was busy. So at one point I was juggling tables and checking my phone to see if baby was mad. I have so little patience now. I'm sorry this happened to you too, vc sounds like literal hell!

Eventually I saw that this person was leaving replies on my coworkers tweets too. Some like "why won't you dm me." "Why won't you answer my questions?"
So in dms I said "I'm not a writer so I can't give you the answers you want but can you stop being rude to my coworkers?"
And they said-

I had one instance of this when I first started animating. Luckily I'd already been "cancelled" online before on tumblr, so my patience with strangers was low. But when I started working on a nickelodeon show, I announced it on twitter and put it on my bio. Somebody called sonic something-
