This is why I absolutely love when games have demos. There are some games I didn't really think would be my thing, but then I tried the demo and found it really enjoyable!
Ik this is basic, but it really can’t be stressed enough how much you should actually play a game instead of just looking at clips of them, since many times clips of a game may look extremely simple but the thought that goes behind gets overlooked

The demo for Creature Kitchen was great! Short and sweet, makes me want to play more, added to wishlist :)

Awww the demo for Vanran has expired, bummer. It seemed promising but I didn't get a chance to dig into it properly. I wish these timed demos on steam had clearer end times, or better yet just weren't time limited!

Got around to finishing Asterigos. Not a bad game per say, but certainly a lot of flaws and it kind of lost me on the story after a while. Onto the next game!

Okay I turned the difficulty down to the minimum for Asterigos and as it turns out, all this does is drastically reduce the damage you take- WITHOUT changing enemy HP? Some odd design decisions in this game... at least I can mitigate the sponginess slightly by respeccing everything into attack...
