I talked to a cop today, but it was worth it. Arrived at mounted police paddock just when they were leading the horses to their stalls in the barn. I got snuggles from one dude, a dappled guy 18.3 hands high. Another was over 19 hands + 2,300 lbs. Hooves the size of dinner plates and all love.

This is the one photo I took at the International Folk Art Museum in Santa Fe, NM, a year and a half ago. I feel like I took a lot more pictures but maybe I was just trying to be really present and resisting the urge to document document. Anyway I'm pleased with this selection.
