Damned shame these get thrown away so cavalierly. People give me, for free, their hand-me-down or "broken" android smartphones, not realizing the power and versatility of these devices. Use them as a web server, file server, security camera, dashcam, e-reader.

I remember when the "Food Babe" posted a profoundly dumb blog entry about air travel in 2011 claiming, among other dumb things, that cabin air is oxygen-deprived by the airline to "save money" (our atmosphere is 21% oxygen, 78% nitrogen and the cabin air reflects that).
