The tanker ban in that region makes sense. It’s a bad location for an oil terminal.
Agree with Eby mostly. A line to Ontario refineries would make sense.
Canadians don’t benefit enough from bitumen. Need higher royalties and taxes.

I did NOT want an election and I am hopeful that Carney is aiming to make Canada valuable to trading partners in Asia Europe and South America.
That doesnt mean I have no concerns about who the investors are or how many tax breaks the wealthy are getting while servicrs are being stretched.

There is some worry about WHO the investors are. Are you unconcerned that most of the main investors are US fossil fuel companies?
Are you not concerned that luxury planes and yachts are no longer taxed?

What they did is express dissatisfaction with the budget while recognizing that we can not afford the instability of having another election while sharing a border with a well armed unstablr meglomaniac. Most intelligent people would be able to grasp that.
