Citizen videos again showing our government is lying. This is not a dangerous person intent on ambushing police. I know guns are dangerous, Jesus Christ I know that. But guns in holsters aren’t. And you can’t push for universal carry & then claim that carrying a gun warrants this

A DHS statement claimed “an individual approached US Border Patrol officers” with “a handgun” in the Alex Pretti shooting incident. A Bellingcat analysis of the footage appears to show that a gun was taken away from where Pretti was situated by an agent just before the first shot was fired.

Coldest I’ve been was -30 on the Hudson River near Kingston in January 1994, while on the ice breaker USCG Sturgeon Bay. This photo has used in I think the NY Post or Times. That’s me. River was frozen feet thick. Refreeze almost immediately. Amazing time. I’m fortunate to have lived a cool life

Nasra Ahmed, a 23-year-old US citizen, was arrested and detained by ICE. She was held for TWO DAYS.
ICE agents handcuffed her, called her a racial slur, and she was knocked to the ground so hard she got a concussion.
