You can use a special negative scanner in order to digitise them or you can take it to a developing centre and have then dinner up as traditional photo prints (there are in fact still a few places to do this floating around out there)

"but he's deteriorating so rapidly!" No, he's not. He just quit wearing his makeup and now he looks like he actually looks. Look at a hi-res close-up of his face before and after his recent turn and you'll realise he just had cake makeup on to smooth out his profoundly pitted skin.
