I’ve only worked on Jersey not Guernsey, assume some similarities. Workforce churn is a major challenge with many living on the mainland. Provision of services on small islands is probably a topic in itself.

I know! Held a 3rd day of training yesterday and one delegate reflected on how learning to ask questions and being curious about staff had allowed them to be creative in ways he hadn’t considered, rather than expecting them to look to him for direction. #Smallwins
