This is the one I use, it couldn't be easier. You do a quick pass over the part you want to line, the ink seeps into the details on the part, you count to 10, and then you wipe off any extra with a cotton swab.
Brush Type Gundam Marker for Panel Lines (Group)
The pen point is a brush type, and special water-based ink is used, so it can be applied on any kind of basecoat and paint run-off can be wiped off.

I did something similar with one I built last year. Silver marker on the inside of the canopy, black lining marker (brush type) for the grey parts.

Honestly went with TCP because I wasn't a fan of the "$40 for shipping and whatever tariffs are that day" uncertainty from HLJ/AmiAmi

I was honestly shocked that I found a MK Bundle for $50 less than launch price at Walmart a week before Christmas.

I love 30MM but the "these are cheap and designed to be built, torn apart, and rebuilt quickly" is constantly in tension with "I want to remove all of the nub marks, this is going to take me two hours and a glass file"

Very Curious about your take on MPG-17. I really like what I've seen so considering how much the articulation seems to be the focus I really want to hear how he feels in-hand.
