We know Jalen will do whatever it takes to win, is willing to learn, and grow and change if it means winning. If Jalen is the source of conservative schematic bias, it should be incumbent on the coach to show the coach’s son how a more aggressive approach will lead to more long term winning.

Commentators are giving insufficient credit to strength of schedule. I thought there was evidence a while back that even DVOA is insufficient in adjusting for opponent strength.

Are the other 31 teams stupid for not practicing like the Niners? Or is it because the vast empirical literature shows tradeoffs in training intensity and soft tissue injuries?
