The start of my lazy home began with prep for lunch.
A salad of pomelo, rocket, griddled asparagus, tenderstem broccoli, orange pepper, carrot, coriander, and toasted coconut, with a soy sauce, garlic, ginger, honey, dried lime powder dressing.
Phew. It was a long prep, but so worth it.

I’ve made peppermint tea, and I added a splash of milk because I’ve always wondered what that would be like. I was taking it might be like a hot minty milkshake.
