The tyranny of the average as a stupid statistic. It could be true for the average driver or vehicle, when that includes buses and trucks that are operating 12+ hours a day.

I'm with you - social media needs to be regulated across the board. The business model that drives algorithmic addiction is a public health crisis and should probably be outlawed.
AND... the current dangers are especially acute for children and young teenagers, and we need to protect them now.
