A lot of these 'deals' are completely manipulated.

Besides, whatever it is, will be 'on sale' again in a month or two.

The past aside, do people never consider that we are not immune from war, from attacks. There is no reason AT ALL why this could not happen to us and that we would need to flee this country. But, there is a weirdly superior, privileged view that this is, and will always be, a one way system. Nope.

Another 'Landlords leaving the market' story. First, has this not consistently been proven to be completely false? Second, if true, why would this be bad? Third, if Landlords are 'leaving the market' in droves because new rules mean their tenants have a more secure lease, well, ok then. Off you pop.

Kinda off topic, but this randomly came on Spotify about the election last year. Two things stuck out about the commentary. One, talking about someone called 'Catherine Connolly'(?) who had an uphill battle as she is hard left. The other was about Gráinne Seoige, who they described as a 'shoo in ' 🤣
