The week ahead: The Pittsburgh Penguins just had a baffling, insane week. How will they bounce back? Are they an overachieving bad team? A broken good team lost in their own heads? How will they play this week?? www.pensburgh.com/analysis/703...

It is hard to even describe the week the Pittsburgh Penguins just had. They were in position to win. Then did not.

This is a 100% True Story, based on me and STAR WARS: LEGION, by the way. I had dozens of expansions for it, until it became overwhelming.

I still have the starter set, btw, and may just paint it up.

Just look at photojournalist Linda Tirado (killermartinis here, though I'm not tagging her in), shot in the facce by a pepper round in 2020 while covering the George Floyd demonstrations in MPLS.

She not only lost her eye, but suffered brain damage which will be fatal to her (she's in hospice now).

Fabulous 3 points off a good team. And a 3rd clean sheet in 5 games. Sometimes laboured in the second half and there were moments of luck but there were moments of class, everyone worked hard and the subs brought new energy and shored it up and overall a deserved victory. #COYS

Great overview of the squad - especially for anyone new to Spurs Women and thinking about starting to watch the team this season (KO at 12 noon UK time!).
Some reading for y'all during halftime of Sonny & Co's thrashing of the USMNT.

It's not all bad for #THWFC this season (admittedly a low bar after 2024/25), but Martin Ho still has a big task ahead of him in his first season as manager.
