Frozen water to cool your thoughts
A closeup of an icicle where trapped air reflects light as brightness and pure frozen water is darkly translucent. The resultant swirly mixture of tones creates imagery which the mind translates into known caricatures. Foremost in my view is a penguin with a raised bill and furry front being snuggled against by a duck with a lowered bill. One spot of color on the right side shows a browned pine needle on the ice’s surface.
