Old dad, very married, gamer, and leftist political curmudgeon. Type 1 diabetic for fun

Looking for mutuals for conversation and gaming discourse, not wars. Platform Agnostic, politically well left of center, but not hatefully so.
Sorry to jump the gun. LOL

Coming in yellow before gearing up shows smart play

I honestly feel like they are looking into my soul for you, as I just ordered a delicious pizza for the family.

We would save you a slice, but that would be quite a trip for one piece of pie. LOL

Nice, I loved Stalker 2. I don't think it is quite as brutal as the original, but it does throw you into the deep end pretty quickly.

I keep meaning to go back because they have made a ton of improvements over the last year, all of which should be reflected on the PS5

Looks delicious, but considering the grease quotient it is always pizza THEN gaming around these parts

I hate wiping down my controllers after the animals are done

If you see this, QTP with a video game that transports you back to your childhood!

I miss hearing "Stop the Humanoid" booming through arcades

Coming home to the forge after finishing up the 3rd Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 DLC. Mysteria Ecclesiae was well written and a fun change of pace.

All 3 are worth the trip back to Bohemia. Secrets of the Forge was my favorite, finally giving Henry a home.

KCD2 has held on to be my GOTY

If you see this, QTP with a cartoon with an awesome theme song 🎶

Post the last 4 games you played!

More like concurrently, with a little Everybody's Golf and Bloodlines 2 thrown in.

I have a high end PC, Steam Deck, 3 VR units, every modern console, and most of the older ones.

Why am I obsessed with the Steam Machine and frame.

Speaking of characters, I don't know if you are a Letterkenny/Shoresy fan but I realized recently the dude who plays J-rock, plays people in both shows

It always hits me the same way when I finish a special game

And I found Yotei quite special

I just left the first area, and am already enjoying my time greatly, while humming the Aunties Choice jingle while driving home to play more.

Aunties Choice is the best...

Sometimes MORE of the Same Is a good thing.

Just cleaned every speck of dirt in POWERWASH SIMULATOR, and had a really pleasant time.

The quality of life fixes are really nice, but overall I just enjoyed the zen like game loop that still fits like a glove.

To succeed, one must both improve their character and personal skills.

Spend several days with Sir Bernard just working any combos you have and get your skill up to around 12-16 while learning the timing. Sword and mace

Also head up to the nomad camp and get the Master strike, this skill is key.

If you see this, quote with a robot that isn’t from “Star Wars,” “Star Trek,” “Dr. Who,” or “Transformers.

Though not quite as high on it as you, I really enjoyed my time as Rook. This game received so much manufactured hate from the usual suspects, it was embarrassing.

The combat was really fun, and I enjoyed the companions greatly. I still want a spin off staring Manfred & Assan

I hadn't seen Chernobylite until you mentioned it, but at $6.00 I picked it up.

It looks like a similar vibe to Stalker 2. No management or base building(one of my favorite things) in Stalker 2, just surviving an unforgiving persistent open world simulation with enemies and mutants in abundance.
