So I folded and picked up BORDERLANDS 4 on PC.

I hope my meager 5080 is premium enough to play the game at respectable settings

Don't feel bad, I bought it immediately on Steam, and then realized it was on Gamepass. LOL

I worked for a pressure washing company and hated it. It was cold, wet, and often dangerous, yet somehow I loved the first one and I can't wait to do some co-op with my daughter.

This is exactly why I don't rely on review scores to make a final decision.

Aggregate numbers are fine as a barometer to check which way the winds might be blowing, but actually reading what people are saying and understanding why they feel that way is much more enlightening.

Everybody's different, and I always expect a range if people are being honest.

I just get suspicious when certain patterns emerge.

I am just happy the winds seem to be blowing in a positive direction. Now I just have to wait...

Upon more review, it seems that those who were skirting the embargo a bit were more negative, as a ton of more positive reactions have come in as the day progressed

I use reviews like a barometer to "see how the wind is blowing", as opposed to anything "end all be all", and your opinion ranks high

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II - Mysteria Ecclesiae DLC Announce Trailer

So the Kingdom Come Deliverance DLC has been pretty good, with Secret of The Forge being a big improvement over the first, which was pretty good.

If this is as good or better, my 2025 game of the year will go out with a bang.
