I'm also not sure the bill sponsor and HUDZ understand the bill.
Anyway, the already activated Cortex TIF will capture 50% of this company's sales and earning taxes. Under BB 83, the City also will reimburse the company $1M in sales taxes that are not diverted to the TIF and would go to the City.

One of my favorite repurposings of a Catholic Church was St. Liborius on St. Louis’ Near Northside. The church has since burned down, but what a cathedral to community that it continued to be during its time as Sk8 Liborius.
