I didn’t even know that was a thing, but I think you’re right. 👏🏻

You could apply to #Gradle 😉

And a ZX Spectrum! And an Amiga!
(Is this an exhibition of stuff which Microsoft beat? 😁)

Wasn’t there a Microsoft Bob at one time? I wonder whether IBM Bob will be more successful…

Now just give me the cartesian product with the USB working group… on the other hand, don’t: the universe would run out of names.

That’s theoretical peak, not effective: peak power requires optimal orientation, which is never going to be the case on a car roof, simply because it’s approximately flat.

That’s an interesting and credible study, but the Farmingdale Observer seems to be a questionable source, reporting that Mercury is reachable in only 5 hours, and implying that it could be habitable… 🧐

July 25, 2025 at 10:44 AM
Ich habe mich leider zu früh gefreut: „h“ anklicken ist heute ähnlich unzuverlässig wie vorher.
Reproduzieren: „h“ anklicken, wenige Minuten warten, erneut anklicken. Die Anzeige springt zur letzten halben Stunde. Mit jedem Klick dann nochmals 30 Minuten zurück.

Ja, das sieht gut aus. Auch +/- funktionieren wie erwartet.
Danke!
July 24, 2025 at 7:59 AM
Nein, es gab keine Anzeigefehler. Ich finde die Schriftart einfach auffällig weniger schön als vorher. Jetzt wirkt die ganze Seite irgendwie klobig, vorher etwas eleganter.
July 21, 2025 at 3:28 PM
- „+/-“ scheint seit heute umgekehrt zu funktionieren wie erwartet: - zoomt hinein, + hinaus.

Dazu noch: ist die Schriftart „Poppins“ neu? Seit heute ist etwas anders und nicht schön.

Looking at how the pattern matches across all the seams and pockets, I was sure it was hand made.

I think the new model should be called GPT4-sycophant

And if you add two copies of the audiobook, you’ll be finished in no time.

And there’s a new JDK patch.
And Spring Boot’s just gone out of support, so version upgrade…
BouncyCastle ☹️

I think the 5-step workaround for the bug is quite reasonable, and it’s only wiped out prod twice…

Interesting- I find it very often gets exactly what I want, or close enough that editing it is faster than writing it myself.
There are still many “er, no, that is exactly what I *didn’t* want” moments, though.

Automatically reactivating it is a no-go, though. Who do they think they are, Microsoft?

Average weight is probably a little distorted: there are more small ICEs on the market than EVs. I replaced my ICE with an EV which is exactly the same length and minimally wider. The EV is less than 100kg heavier, so about 1 adult passenger equivalent. That probably makes no practical difference.

The perfect present for the nuclear astropilentist in your life!
It would only be topped by a sonic screwdriver, but those have very limited availability outside Gallifrey.

That’s a relief! I have nothing to worry about, because I only use the shower. 😮‍💨

What sort of diagrams are you drawing? I find it very clumsy for software structure diagrams, whether UML or C4. I’m open for hints!

I’ve been trying to fit those Tupperware lids on my pods all day. I think I need one of those lasers from Tron to make any progress at all 😡
