@bsky.app , I’m probably not the only one who finds the @ mentions and hashtags unreadably dark in dark mode. Choosing “Dim” or “Dark” doesn’t make any appreciable difference.

- „h“ anklicken führt oft zu einem ziemlich beliebigen Zeitpunkt im Tag. Wiederholtes Anklicken springt dann immer 30 Minuten zurück. Ein Reload der Seite führt zum erwarteten Ergebnis (letzte 60 Minuten)

With Excel, I can calculate the sum and average of dates and numbers! OK, so dates are also only durations, but adding them shouldn't work like this... 🧐

The 'simplify this' function in @github.com Copilot is just bad: I asked it to simplify some TypeScript, and it got it completely wrong.

I just started experimenting with @github.com Copilot in IntelliJ. First impression: surprisingly bad! “Simplify this” on JavaScript code removed 90% of the code I had just added to implement a new feature, explaining that it was complex “and not necessary for the main functionality”.

Apple updated pretty much everything yesterday, including a fix for CVE-*2020*-19185. I was pretty shocked that they took so long to deliver a fix - until I discovered that it was apparently reported on 22nd August this year.
Did they run out of CVE numbers for 2023, so had to find invalid old ones?

I love IntelliJ IDEA's new debugger gutter actions! Not just the "Run to cursor" which they highlighted in the release notes, but also the "Resume program" on the current line. They're a surprising usability enhancement.
