I'll die on the hill that removing the minimap and adding the weird eagle thing in Assassin's Creed Origins was just a way to make gameplay harder rather than better. And the last true Assassin's Creed was Syndicate.

I figured the Newport Cliff Walk would be cool thanks to reading @alyssamaxwell.bsky.social. But I did not expect it to involve crossing bolders and feel so connected to the natural qualities of the island. Unbelievable that it survived the Robber Barons.

Further evidence Americans do not know what "Gilded Age" means. It was decidedly not the "Golden Era," that's like the whole point of Duncan & Twain naming it the Gilded Age.

The French may not be as known for their fried foods in America, but a French Country Style frying pan is way better than the American version. Almost like a saucer. This one is from DeBuyer and it's awesome.
