Since the phrase of the week appears to be “self-defense,” and my day job involves exactly that topic more often than yours probably does, I started a Substack blog and did a little writing. OK, a lot of writing. The bottom line? Self-defense will be a tough sell. Dig in for nerdy law talk.

I’m way late to the party on this one but the Hipgnosis doc is fantastic if you grew up with their ‘60s and ‘70s album art.
I also learned something: this photo wasn’t prehistoric photoshop; the dude was legit on fire. Many many times. Shine on, crazy diamonds….

And it’s true! New album from these fine folks is out today. It’s called Cincinnati Ohio and good lord it’s a keeper.

The best, most handsome boy, and finest office manager and sidekick ever would have been 12 years old today. He left us in August and the place hasn’t been the same since. Milo was one of a kind.
