Actually, I can’t do ALL of the things in the above diagram. But I was mystified as a child as to why everyone else I knew didn’t find THIS the most comfortable way to sit on a floor when doing certain tasks.

Just trying to interpret the NICE “severe” definition:
Would “any activity” technically include using a toilet unaided, as that implies zero independence when severe?
I know many often consider “severe” as housebound but with some independence and “very severe” as bedbound and dependent 🤔.
