I believe it was @gravelinfluencer.bsky.social who convinced me that “Share the Road” signs are read by bicyclists as “cars should not kill me” and by drivers as “bicycles should never slow me down.”

Therefore be it resolved, five years of planning and engagement fist fights are too much, and we should just follow city policy that calls for building these kinds of streets.

But, I saw a bicycle roll through a stop sign once.

Electric ones don't pollute as much and I can't hear them inside the house as loudly. So they're better.

I have an electric one, but rarely use it. Instead I prefer to use rakes and brooms instead (25+ years of tinnitus means I don't enjoy loud noises).
