All good points, but it sort of highlights what I'm talking about. He's not going to eat those costs, regardless if the tax is $.05/mile or $.20/mile. He's going to pass it on.

Wow. So they treat that like 8th. Honestly, they should just close the SE 9th entrance. If people don't want to sit in traffic on 8th they can go to Milwaukie.
