From one horror lover to the next: what can you recommend?

I desperately need something that has better horror elements than some jump scares and gore. Games that make me take breaks to recover from too much tension.

If it weren’t affecting jobs, I’d laugh and wish every corpo that wants to undermine the backbone of their product’s stability and safety a very happy bankruptcy.

Good QA testers are irreplaceable. I’m so fed up with businesspeople making decisions about tech work they know nothing about.

Meanwhile, studio execs gave money to two different directors to make their own remakes of "A Christmas Carol." We won’t get one, we’ll get two remakes of a movie that’s been overcooked, refrigerated, and thawed way too many times to be interesting.

Native speakers would still not use it in a sentence since it sounds very clunky. We'd replace "Abwesenheitstraurigkeit" with the better fitting word "Sehnsucht" since we have a word for that.

doesn't make sense, even if you add some "s" since the adjectives in this construct need to be converted to nouns and rearranged to fit.

"Apfelsüßeabwesenheitstraurigkeit"

"die Apfelsüße" the sweetness of apples (also compound)
"die Abwesenheitstraurigkeit" the sadness about the absence of
