I use the Garnier hair filler every few washes and it's really helped with density! Dove also has a scalp serum to help that is nice if you blow dry your hair - it makes my hair greasy if I don't blow dry for some reason

It's because you only have a few days per cycle you can conceive, so if you know when you ovulated, you can narrow down conception to a 5dayish window which if you only did it once in those 5 days, then there you go
