Nothing profound to write – just try to point out reality. Hate Brexit – no time for its proponents.
Blighted by OCD. Prone to sarcasm.
If occasional profanity offends, you're in the wrong place.
Reportedly, this is how Trump heard KKKaroline Leave-it's answers to those questions.

Yeah, right!

I'm not surprised really, Niall. Pickled cabbage beer… seriously? Weizbier is enough of an acquired taste… but cabbage beer.
Having written that Erdinger's Weissbier is good as an addition when I bake ⬇️… my knock-off of Schneider's Vollkornbrot.

Hmmm.
Delusion doesn't even begin to cover the orange tyrant.
I wonder how many Septics actually feel freer?

Following on from a post I wrote yesterday and picking up on the Labour spox who was crowing about putting money into people's pockets; based on Aug 2025 employment data, if the maximum amount (0.22% x GDP or £3bn) is realised, the amount workers would see in their pockets would be £87.74… p.a.! 😏
December 8, 2025 at 2:34 PM
That government spox ought to check ONS' GDP/trade data in its first quarterly GDP estimate tables, bcs they don't back up his/OBR's assertion. EU & Non-EU Exports exhibiting a declining trend, while EU imports continue to rise, don't necessarily allude to trade policy contributing to GDP growth…1/

By joining a CU with EU, it could mitigate by up to 2.2% x GDP, while the FTA with India is worth between 0.12-0.22% x GDP, in the long run! Wow! In terms of the Septics, I've not actually read/heard any quantifiable value of the trade deal with the US, other than mitigating tariffs on steel/cars.

and these…
December 7, 2025 at 8:04 AM
I managed to find that clip to which I was referring. Apparently, from Ash's introduction, this (& other 'vox pops') were recorded in Barking, two weeks after the EU referendum in 2016.

Errrm… 25% believe the economy is excellent / good and 76% think its fair / poor.
Seriously… 101(%)‽

Ooops, my bad… Fox News! 🤦‍♂️
December 4, 2025 at 1:50 PM
Yeah… all the while @news.sky.com moves on to promote something that Starmer supposedly said that was misleading. 🤦‍♂️🙄
December 2, 2025 at 4:54 PM
Interesting and revealing final hour on the @mrjamesob.bsky.social show today. It's about time that more broadcasters and journalists did their jobs scrutinising Farage.
How's about you: @news.sky.com, @bethrigby.bsky.social? I guess no chance with Mason, Kuenssberg et al at BBC.
December 2, 2025 at 1:10 PM
Yeah… trade balance definitely up and down like a whore's drawers. Really well played by the orange tyrant genius, less than ably advised by the likes of Bessent, Hassett, et al. 🙄
December 1, 2025 at 4:32 PM
Heads up, @explaintrade.com… actual job opportunity for you. 😉
December 1, 2025 at 2:52 PM
In view of what Donny said, what seems weird is that data from catalog.data.gov/dataset/crim... doesn't back up what the orange tyrant claimed. I added the addresses from the Lat/Long coordinates shown in the file. opendata.dc.gov/api/download...

Having written previously, what I did, the speech turned out to be quite interesting. Apparently, Washington DC is now a 'safe zone' because there haven't been any murders there, in six months. (Yeeeah, right!)
Don't believe me? Just listen to Donny. Also @ 42 secs: Eric & Donny Jnr can be heard

Being a complete snob, I would be put off by the mere sight of those labels. They look like something from a home vintner, but that written, even I made a bit of an effort when I made wine. 😉😏

Stupidity is not confined to reviewers… marketers also deserve some form of accolade. Imagine my joy a few years ago, when I received a couple of T-shirts from Jacamo. To this day whenever I wear them, I think how lucky I am.
November 24, 2025 at 10:43 AM
"Ain't that the truth"… as many Septics might say.
November 23, 2025 at 7:52 AM
Earlier in the day on Sky, I saw Samantha Washington interview one of your counterparts, (a former ambassador to Moscow, I think), in which, surprisingly, he sounded quite optimistic, saying there were some good elements for UA contained within this 'deal'. Even Samantha sounded surprised!
November 22, 2025 at 10:59 PM
I think a recount might be necessary…
November 22, 2025 at 8:28 AM
It's quite bizarre how he has forgotten that the use of small boats to circumvent immigration controls, really became the preferred method to enter the UK, (instead of stowing away on board goods lorries), two years after the EU referendum. #Brexit, eh… taking back control! …2/3 🙄
November 20, 2025 at 7:53 PM
Seems like old #Gulper Philp has suffered a mental aberration, as he highlighted the period since the 2024 GE for being problematic in terms of the number of asylum seekers/refugees arriving in UK, through irregular migration methods, i.e. 'small boats'. …1/3 #Brexit
November 20, 2025 at 7:53 PM
When attention is focused on the period since the 2024 GE, the index also reveals a gloomy story. In fact, during Labour's tenure, the index hasn't risen above the 100 of the reference year, 2023.
It's almost as if the government is completely disregarding the shortage of skilled labour…3/
November 19, 2025 at 10:16 AM
I really wonder on what planet these Labour herberts are living. Repeating the nonsense of building 1.5 million homes by the end of this parliament is pure fantasy.
How was the target of 300,000 homes arrived at? As far back as 1978, the number of homes built has never reached 300,000 per annum…1/
