I should be able to say the police are 110% of average spending by cities vs Transit at 50%. Plus Transit is chronically underfunded while the police budget increased 85% in 10 yrs, no cuts since 2013. Also police have an in house therapist, physio therapist& plane. Yet propose a 24% cut to Transit
