Still completely in shock, he was fine this morning when I left for work. But my partner @brandothehusky.bsky.social passed away this morning. I don’t know what to do. He was everything. Fuck

Fun to find out my last living grandma has been in and out of the hospital twice between yesterday and today. I know how this stuff goes. Between the dementia onset and whatnot, will probably go downhill fast. I don’t expect her to last too long honestly.

I liked cars, always. I took every auto shop class in high school I could, including duplicates so I could spend every other day there. I was also obsessed with flight sims for years prior so I was between being a pilot or a mechanic. Ended up w/ an auto degree and finding good shops to work at.

Made some progress today. Not as much as I wanted, but didn’t feel great half the day…

I honestly am 100% fine with the wheels and tires on this thing so that’s something I don’t have to buy now 😀.
It does need air shocks in the rear of course. GM things. Debating and deleting or not. Yes it has magneride. Fronts are ok for now, but rear needs some attention.

Might be promising. Exhaust doesn’t seem to stink now like raw fuel in cats. We’ll see it does after some changes and more data logging (did it at lunch)

Truck up and running again. Got the fans all wired in and controlled, gotta finish wrapping the harness and securing it etc. quick wire to the ignition coil to bypass the resistor wire and almost there.

Doing a bit better at things… but still not enough. It’s a bit of s struggle when the house still feels like it’s not just me. But very quiet and I know better.

Sleep schedule is so messed up now. Keep falling asleep like 9-10pm, wake up around 3-4. Fall asleep again for who knows how long.
