I built a real-life visionOS app prototype using frosted glass to pitch to a potential client. It took months of work and countless attempts, and since I didn’t get a response, I figured I’d at least share it with you 😄

Apples latest immersive Video - “Sharks” reminded me again that we need to take a moment to truly appreciate how far we’ve come. The fact that we can now watch extremely high-quality immersive 3D videos filmed UNDERWATER is mind-boggling when you actually think about it.

Exciting news! I’ve partnered with my favourite Vision Pro app, OmniCards, to launch MindJudge—a free card game to spark fun and unique conversations and to get to know each other.

Players answer questions with three options (A, B, or C) while an ABC-Card determines the answer you’re aiming for.

I’m thrilled to have teamed up with the talented Brian McIntosh to “bake” an idea from July into a working showcase.

After all the app reviews I’ve done for the Vision Pro, it’s such a surreal feeling to create content to promote my own app 🤩 I can’t wait to share more soon!

Here are my personal, wild predictions for everything that’s next for the Vision Pro in 2025 🔮

These are based on some rumors, but mostly my own guesses, so don’t take anything too seriously. Let’s just see how far off I am one year from today! 😅

The reason my new “PerSanta” is so fascinating to me is that I initially thought the fake beard would look terrible. But with the Persona, it actually doesn’t look bad at all. It’s as if the scan re-rendered the beard to appear more realistically attached to my face, with better gravity for the hair

’tis the season to make your Persona look festive! 🎅🏻 Introducing: My “PerSanta”. Even though I had to sacrifice my perfect Persona Scan just for this silly joke (🥲) I’m confident that it was worth it. The fake beard looks surprisingly real and I can’t wait for all the funny FaceTime Calls.

Spatial Audio is truly the next big thing. Apple’s “Concert for One” with @raye blew me away—an intimate, powerful performance with incredible sound quality.
While “Open Hearts” remains my top visual experience, this was the most acoustically immersive yet.

The TRUE killer combination: Mac Mini + Vision Pro + Robotaxi. Once autonomy is solved, you’ll want a giant home cinema and a powerful workspace on the go. This is where Spatial Computing will truly shine.

What will the future hold for AR? With 30 Concepts I explored what Spatial Computing with the Apple Vision Pro could look like once all of our favorite apps have arrived on this new platform. Plus some new ones.

I often think back to the early days of iOS, when it was a newborn platform and people were experimenting and showcasing the possibilities of the new technology. These apps, while fun and playful, laid the foundation for making the technology less “geeky” and more accessible to the mainstream.

I still find it way too funny to position a persona exactly over the real person 😂

What’s next for Apple’s immersive video? Wild prediction: A special episode of a hit TV show. After testing storytelling with Submerged and fan engagement with The Weeknd, they might dive into a fan-favorite series like Ted Lasso. It also has a sports setting which we know is great for immersive.

Apple AirFrames? 👀🥽 Almost 3 years ago, long before the announcement of the Vision Pro I already thought a lot about where Apple might take this. When I was invited to be a guest on Adobe Live, I wanted to explore how the iPhone experience could be enhanced through glasses someday. #VisionPro
