Before the #litterpick we found the #sparkgreenpark in a shockingly sorry state. #Litter strewn all over the grass, #bins #overflowing with bottles, used #nappies, #fastfood #packaging. The increased #vandalism & lack of respect for #nature & #wildlife is unacceptable. PLEASE TAKE YOUR LITTER HOME 🚯

The tree maintenance workshop was a productive session with Dan and Rajan from @fruitnutvillage and dedicated volunteers Haleema and Sadia from @friendsofsparkgreenpark tending to the young trees in the heat of summer with extra watering, weeding and mulching 🌳🪣💦💚🍏
