German authorities are asking for the public’s help identifying a man suspected of shooting another person in the leg around 10 a.m. on Jan. 1 in a semi-wooded area between Kaiserberg and Waschmühle in Kaiserslautern.
Suspect sought in New Year’s Day shooting in Kaiserslautern
The suspect, described as a man in his 20s wearing a patterned hoodie, is still at large, according to police.

Q: If there's military action in Greenland, would Congress need to authorize it? Also, does Congress need to have the power of the purse for oil in Venezuela?
