Added a section to the PMTiles docs on fast uploading to @source.coop using only the pmtiles single binary CLI:

Since launching @source.coop Cooperative in 2023, we’ve grown to host over a petabyte of data.

We're proud to have reached this milestone, but still barely getting started. We’re now at a point where we have enough data and users to meaningfully guide future products

Included are instructions for streaming subsets into Python. Mikey might provide similar for R :-D
